Terms of Use

JeevaX (JEE AI Mentor) is an AI study aid in beta. It can be wrong, it can be unavailable, and it does not promise any exam result. Please read these terms; by creating an account or using JeevaX you agree to them.

1. What JeevaX is

JEE AI Mentor (“JeevaX”) is a product of TechFresh Private Limited (techfresh.in), Gurugram, Haryana, India. It helps students preparing for JEE Main and Advanced understand their mistakes, using the results of their mock tests and conversations with an AI mentor. These terms apply to this website, to your account, to the JeevaX app, and to the waitlist.

2. Beta service

JeevaX is a beta. Features may change, be removed or stop working; the service may be slow, interrupted or unavailable; and data or accounts may be reset or lost in a failure, although we take backups and try to prevent it. Joining or using the beta does not guarantee access, availability, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. We may limit how much the mentor can be used (for example, messages per day) to keep the service running for everyone.

3. Accounts

You can create a free account with your email address. You must confirm the email, give accurate details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. If you are under 18, you tell us when you sign up, and a parent or guardian must approve your account by email before you can use JeevaX; they can withdraw that approval at any time, which deletes the account (see our Privacy Policy). You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this also deletes the mentor data linked to it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI limitations: please read

The mentor is produced by an artificial-intelligence system. Its explanations, solutions, analyses and suggestions can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and it can sound sure when it is not. It is not a teacher, tutor, counsellor or doctor and does not replace one. Check important concepts, formulas and answers against your textbooks, teachers and official sources, and do not rely on the mentor alone for study decisions that matter to you. Its analysis depends on the information you enter; wrong inputs give wrong analysis. If you are struggling with stress or your wellbeing, please speak to a parent, teacher or a qualified professional.

5. No guarantee of results

JeevaX is a study aid. Examples, sample dashboards and figures shown on this website are illustrative. Ranks, percentiles and views shown for the founder and for students describe their own personal experience and opinions. We do not promise any rank, score, percentile or admission outcome.

6. How you may use JeevaX

  • Use it only for your own preparation, and only with information that is yours to share. Do not enter personal details about other people, government ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses or health information.
  • Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits or access other users’ data, use automated tools to submit forms or messages, or use JeevaX to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
  • Do not share your account, and do not copy, scrape or resell the mentor’s output or the site’s content at scale.
  • Do not upload material you have no right to upload.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or abuse the service or other people. You may stop using JeevaX and delete your account at any time.

7. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of what you enter (your messages, mock details, feedback). You give TechFresh Private Limited permission to store and process it to provide JeevaX to you, and to improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy, including by having it processed by our AI provider. If you upload a paper PDF, you confirm you are allowed to, and you allow us to keep it in a shared catalogue of papers used to estimate difficulty for all students. The text, design, software and branding of JeevaX belong to TechFresh Private Limited or its licensors; you may use the service, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

8. Independence

JeevaX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the IITs, JoSAA or any coaching institute. Names such as JEE are used only to describe the exams it helps students prepare for.

9. Availability and liability

JeevaX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises about accuracy, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, TechFresh Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of marks, ranks, opportunities or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, JeevaX. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any right you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms as JeevaX changes. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and, where it matters, tell you. If you keep using JeevaX after a change, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. We may end or suspend the service, or your access, for the reasons in section 6 or if we stop operating the beta.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data, including that the mentor uses an AI provider, is described in our Privacy Policy, which you should read together with these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
